2003 Flora Springs Cabernet Sauvignon Hillside Reserve

One of Napa’s finest Cabernet Sauvignons is Flora Springs’ 2003 Hillside Reserve from the estate’s hillside vineyards in Rutherford. Sadly, there are only 500 cases of this dark ruby/purple-tinged beauty. Gorgeous aromas of black cherry liqueur, black currants, and sweet toasty oak are followed by a full-bodied, exuberant, voluptuously-styled Cabernet. While it reveals abundant tannin as well as structure, it is so pure, rich, and concentrated, it is hard to resist. It is capable of lasting 15 or more years. (Release date 11/06) Tel.
