2021 Carlisle Syrah James Berry Vineyard

Inky purple with garnet at the rim, the 2021 Syrah James Berry Vineyard is plummy and ripe with candied violets, sweet plum, freshly turned soil, and baking spices. Fleshy, robust, and full, it’s sunny and round, with loads of inky fruit and baked spices. A solid wine, it’s not my style, but for lovers of port, this may be the wine for you.
