2021 Maybach Family Cabernet Sauvignon Vocabulum

All Ecotone fruit (from the old Thorevilos block) and first made in 2019, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Vocabulum has decidedly more blue fruit, bouquet garni, chocolate, and sappy, foresty perfume as well as plenty of fruit and full-bodied richness and depth on the palate. Slightly foursquare, firm, and focused today, with an inward style, I would hide bottles for 4-5 years, at which point I expect it will be showing more harmony and elegance.
