2007 Merry Edwards Pinot Noir Flax Vineyard

Full, dark red. Reticent aromas of dark berries, licorice, bitter chocolate and spicy oak, lifted by a floral topnote. Then juicy and tight in the mouth, with primary crushed dark berry and redcurrant flavors showing a slight phenolic edge. On the lean side and a tad tart on the finish.
