2015 Bedrock Sauvignon Blanc

The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best I have tasted in California. This is highly extracted Sauvignon, with perhaps the vintage’s low yields and splendid concentration giving it that extra gear. The telltale melons, caramelized grapefruit, fig and more exotic fruits are present in this beautifully fragrant, medium-bodied Sauvignon that has a terrific texture and length. It is dry, but wow, what an intriguing and exotic Sauvignon Blanc. Drink it over the next several years.
