Raw almond mixes with wild flowers, white peach and wet stone as the 2018 White opens in the glass. It is soothingly round, with vividly ripe green melon and minty herbal tones that splash across a core of brisk acidity. It finishes long and incredibly fresh, with a saline mineral tinge that adds a crunchy sensation.

The 2018 Epoch White is made up of 47% Grenache Blanc, 42% Viognier and 11% Roussane aged in 14% new oak. It has floral aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom and musk with a core of poached pears, green apples, lime peel, fresh quince and a minerally undercurrent. The palate is light to medium-bodied, clean, fresh and floral with mouthwatering freshness and a long, lifted finish. 720 cases produced.
