2015 St. Supéry Virtu

Their blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc is the 2015 Virtu Estate (60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc). This wine sees all French oak for seven months, of which 38% is new and aged on its lees. Notes of poached pear, fig, candle wax, vanillin, quince and white currants are all present in this aromatic, medium to full-bodied wine that is exotic and authoritative with stunning fragrance and loads of fruit. This is extra special and should drink nicely for another 3-4 years.
