The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Duration Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard shows the seamless, pretty, elegant style of the vintage, especially when compared to the more structured, dense 2021. Cassis, black raspberries, graphite, chocolate, and a kiss of flowers all define the aromatics, and it's full-bodied on the palate, with a seamless, silky mouthfeel, fine-grained tannins, and a great finish. Drink bottles any time over the coming two decades.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Duration Beckstoffer To Kalon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep purple-black in color, vibrant black cherries, mulberries and blackcurrant jelly jump from the glass, followed by hints of kirsch, menthol, unsmoked cigars and fragrant earth. Big, rich and full-bodied in the mouth, it has a firm, grainy texture to offset the generous, layered black fruits, finishing long and spicy.
