2008 Fisher Cameron

Deep, bright ruby. Redcurrant, cherry and dried flowers on the nose, with a peppery note in the background. Taut and focused on entry, then fleshier and broader in the middle, offering gently sweet red berry and floral pastille flavors and a hint of bitter chocolate. Shows very good clarity and bite on the firm, focused finish. This is 100% cabernet sauvignon and is made mostly from young vines in the Lamb Vineyard.
