Inky ruby. A potent, highly aromatic bouquet of red- and blackcurrant, cherry compote, licorice pastille, cola and smoky Indian spices. Impressively complex and densely packed, offering sweet dark berry and bitter cherry flavors and exotic notes of candied flowers and peppery spices. For all this wine's density it comes off as graceful and precise, finishing with lingering floral and dark fruit notes. Give it at least a decade in the cellar.

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Wedding Vineyard exhibits a somewhat eccentric nose of earth, underbrush, and background wood. Still somewhat rugged and rustic compared to its siblings, the wine possesses plenty of structure and dense fruit, but it is seemingly disjointed and unformed.
