2018 B Cellars Blend 26

A more normal Bordeaux blend, the 2018 Red Blend 26 checks in as 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Cabernet Franc, and 11% Petit Verdot. Wonderful blue fruits, violets, spring flowers, graphite, and a hint of green tobacco define this beauty. Medium to full-bodied, it has a seamless, wonderfully elegant mouthfeel, integrated tannins, and just the pure, focused, elegant style of the 2018 vintage front and center. Beautifully done, it should benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age then evolve gracefully for 10-15 years.
