2015 Wind Gap Pinot Noir Woodruff Vineyard

The 2015 Pinot Noir Woodruff Vineyard is bright and nicely focused, with the aromatic lift and perfume that have always been its main signatures. Bold red stone fruit, rose petal and subtle earthy notes are all laced together, with an extra kick of brightness coming from the 100% whole clusters. In some vintages, the Woodruff can lean towards the more savory end of things, but in 2015 it is the purity of the red-toned fruit that is front and center.
