Note di degustazione
A translucent ruby color, the 2021 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley lifts from the glass with a dramatic bouquet of sweet spices, incense and crushed strawberries. It sweeps across the palate with a pure blend of wild berry fruits and hints of candied citrus, all balanced by a core of zesty acidity. This finishes with a crunchy sensation, amazingly fresh and pure, with a subtle tug of fine tannins framing the experience well. The 2021 aims to please; it's a beautifully balanced Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.

Full bottle 1,360 g. 100% whole-cluster, ambient-yeast fermented. 10 months in French oak barrel. Unfined and unfiltered. 1,846 cases produced. Pale ruby in colour. Willow bark, loam, pine needles and tart cherry juice on the nose. Fresh acidity and elevated, silty tannins. Lingering finish. This is lovely now but even as the 'entry' bottling it would benefit from a few years if you're willing to wait. (SCJ)
