The 2019 Chardonnay Silver Eagle Vineyard is elegant and shimmery. Saline, flint and iodine open to aromas of baked apples, quince and lemon peel on the nose. The light-bodied palate is tangy with expansive flavors that segue from ripe citrus to meringue and honeyed tones, and it finishes with fantastic length and layered flavors. Its energy and dynamic character point to a long life ahead in the cellar.

The 2019 Chardonnay Silver Eagle Vineyard is fabulous. Rich, heady and effusive, but with no excess weight, the Silver Eagle positively dazzles. Orange peel, crème brûlée, sweet oak, spice and butter are all beautifully balanced by bright floral and mineral accents that add freshness. The precision here is just unreal. What a gorgeous wine this is.
