The 2018 Chardonnay Silver Eagle Vineyard is pure, compelling and dynamic this vintage, and it takes some time for its delicate lemon and tangerine fruit to appear, accented by iodine and citrus blossoms. The palate surprises with its expansive, layered character, featuring candied citrus fruits laced with saline and almond, and finishing with anchoring texture and tremendous length.

Awesome Meyer lemon, white peach, crushed mint, and subtle toast and spice notes all emerge from the 2018 Chardonnay Silver Eagle Vineyard, and it's beautifully textured and medium to full-bodied on the palate, with integrated acidity and a great finish. It's a rich, concentrated Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, but its purity is spot on, it's flawlessly balanced, and it has a great finish.
The 2018 Chardonnay Silver Eagle Vineyard is fabulous. Rich and deep, but not at all heavy, the 2018 Silver Eagle captures a balance of fruit intensity and energy that is utterly beguiling. Lemon confit, almonds, chamomile, dried flowers and tangerine oil wrap around the palate in this creamy, wonderfully rich Chardonnay. The 2018 is an especially fine edition of the Silver Eagle.
