The 2016 Chardonnay Sweetwater vineyard sings of fresh ginger, baking bread, popcorn and toasted almonds over warm apricots, Bosc pears and musk melon scents. Full-bodied, richly fruit and with an opulent oiliness to the texture, it delivers great freshness along with loads of savory layers, finishing very long.

The 2016 Chardonnay Sweetwater emerges from the highest point on the property, which seems to provide the wine both more aromatic lift and mineral intensity. White orchard fruit, white flowers and mint give the wine its distinctive high-toned flavor profile. In 2016, the Sweetwater is all class.
