Note di degustazione
From the Spring Hill Vineyard and brought up in 45% new French oak, the 2017 Pinot Noir (10% whole clusters) sports a deeper ruby color as well as a ripe, sexy bouquet of black cherries, black raspberries, creosote, charred earth, and spice. It's silky, pure and elegant on the palate, with terrific purity and length as well as fine tannins. It's also going to age well. Give it 2-3 years of bottle age (or a decant if drinking soon) and it will keep for a decade.

Sinegal's 2017 Pinot Noir is sourced from Spring Hill, in West Petaluma. Dense, rich and super-concentrated, the 2017 offers serious depth in a racy, flamboyant style. Super-ripe black cherry, raspberry jam, smoke, torrefaction, vanillin and copious new French oak all add to the wine's ripe, voluptuous personality. Just bottled one month ago, the 2017 needs time to fully come together. Winemaker Ryan Knoth chose to destem all the fruit and gave the 2017 45% new oak. This is the first commercial release of Pinot Noir from Sinegal.
