2022 Radio-Coteau Chardonnay Heintz

The first of the Chardonnays, the 2022 Chardonnay Heintz is bright medium yellow in color and it’s pure and inviting on the nose, with compact aromas of lemon custard, poached apples, vanilla bean, and fresh linen. While full-bodied, it remains light on its feet and fully dry, with mouthwatering salinity and hints of almond and beeswax through the floating finish. It’s a beautifully detailed wine from this warm vintage that should have 6-7 years of longevity ahead of it.
