The brilliant 2014 Sauvignon is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 94% of which is barrel-fermented, the rest kept in tank, aged sur lie for nine months. This is a beautiful, Loire Valley-inspired Sauvignon Blanc with loads of honeysuckle, melon, white peach, terrific aromatics, and great fruit on the attack and mid-palate. Medium-bodied, with stunning purity, this is a gorgeous Sauvignon to drink over the next several years.
