Note di degustazione
The 2016 Pinot Noir Coastlands Diane Cobb is ripe with sun-dried red plum, allspice, and forest floor. The palate has a medium build, with notes of cherry pit, orange zest, clove, and tea leaf, followed by a tangy sour cherry finish. Drink this now or over the 10-plus years.

The 2016 Pinot Noir Diane Cobb Coastlands Vineyard has a pale ruby color and scents of cranberry sauce, cracked pepper, woodsmoke and tobacco leaves with top notes of citrus peel and floral perfume. The medium-bodied palate is grainy and fresh, exploding with savory flavors while maintaining that pretty floral nuance through the long finish. Lovely!
The 2016 Diane Cobb: Coastlands Vineyard emerges from mix of 18 different Pinot clones on the property. Not only is the Diane Cobb the most complex wine in this range, it is also has the most structure and pure power. Dark cherry, plum, lavender, rose petal and spice open up in the glass, but only with great reluctance. Readers will have to be patient. The 2016 is a truly special wine in the making.
