Showing beautifully, the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard is still youthfully colored and has a terrific bouquet of sweet crème de cassis, spice box, earth, and tobacco. Full-bodied, textured, and concentrated, with sweet and resolved tannins, it’s drinking at point yet easily has another decade or longevity.
