From vines planted in 1945 and all Sauvignon Blanc, the 2016 Fumé Blanc I-Block has a touch more minerality as well as green apple, grapefruit, and Meyer lemon notes. It's clean, bright, and certainly juicy on the palate. It’s a classy Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy over the coming 3-4 years.
