The 2014 Compagni Portis Heritage Wine is simply stunning. Gewürztraminer takes center stage in this white field blend from vines first planted in 1954. Tropical fruit, mango, lychee, mint, orange blossom and lemon confit are laced together in a striking, mid-weight wine loaded with personality. Even with its overt richness, the 2014 retains gorgeous freshness and salinity. The Compagni Portis is a blend of Gewürztraminer, Trousseau Gris, Roter Veltliner, Riesling and Chardonnay.
