Note di degustazione
Deep purple-black, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper has a very pretty nose of crushed blackberries, wild blueberries and red and black currants with suggestions of stewed tea, violets and cast iron pan. Full-bodied and laden with black and red fruit layers in the mouth, it has a solid backbone of ripe, grainy tannins and a compelling minerality to the finish.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Missouri Hopper Vineyard comes from two blocks which are picked on the same day and co-fermented. Aged in 100% new French oak, its vibrant purple color is followed by a sensational bouquet of crème de cassis, vanilla bean, crushed flowers, smoke tobacco and earth. Deep, layered, medium to full-bodied, silky and with both power and finesse, it's a layered, complete beauty that has everything you could want from a Napa Cabernet. This estate was started in 2012 by Austin, TX-based Matt and Amber Denny.
