2018 Under the Wire Zinfandel Sparkling Bedrock Vineyard

The 2018 Sparkling Zinfandel Bedrock Vineyard is bright and chiseled to the core. Sweet perfumed Zinfandel aromatics suggest a generous wine, but on the palate, the 2018 is decidedly brisk. Even so, there is something absolutely alluring here. This airy, lifted sparkling Zinfandel is a real mind-bender. I am not sure what to think of it exactly, but it is quite good. All this needs is more mid-palate generosity. Disgorged March, 2022.
