The 2016 Sparkling Zinfandel Bedrock Vineyard is fruity and floral on the nose, with accents of toast, flint and spring honey. Medium-bodied, the palate is dry and richly fruited, with yeasty, creamy accents, racy acidity and a lively mousse, finishing uplifted and fresh.

The 2016 Zinfandel (Sparkling) Bedrock Vineyard is another compelling wine in this range. The sheer richness and luxuriousness of the fruit virtually covers the mousse, making for a sparkling wine that doesn’t feel sparkling wine at all, but rather that lives between the words of still and sparkling wines. Rich, vinous and textured, the 2016 envelops all the senses. What a wine.
