1999 Wolf Family Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

Ruby-red. Cassis, dark chocolate, and nutty, roasted oak on the nose. Rich, suave and young, with a sweet licorice flavor and a sophisticated, layered mouthfeel. Still youthfully closed but builds nicely toward the back. Finishes ripely tannic and persistent.
