Note di degustazione
The 2015 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru has a gorgeous nose of brambly red fruit, beautifully defined and just pure Pinoté . The palate is very well balanced, mellow and approachable, though with sufficient tannic backbone. This is taut and fresh, delivering just the right amount of mineralité on the finish. Bon vin ! Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.

Bright medium red. Rather reduced aromas of dark berries, smoke and minerals. Fatter, plusher and finer-grained than the négociant wine from Morey-Saint-Denis but also classically dry--even a bit ungiving today, owing to its peppery whole-cluster quality. Finishes with serious but suave tannins, a touch of salty minerality, and sneaky, palate-saturating length.
