2013 Larkin Cabernet Franc

My higher score went to the 2013 Cabernet Franc, a deep bluish purple-colored wine with floral, blueberry and black and red currant fruit notes. Beautifully textured, medium-bodied but light on its feet, it is a blend of 85% Cabernet Franc and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon. Pure and ripe, this wine should actually improve over the next 3-4 years and evolve up to 12-15.
