2017 Famille Moussé Terre d'illite Blanc de Noirs

Disgorged in February 2021 with two grams per liter dosage, the 2017 Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs Terre d'Illite bursts with aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, fresh pastry, warm bread, honeycomb and nectarine. Medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy, it's vinous and sensual, with an enveloping core of fruit, lively acids and a pinpoint mousse. It's a terrific effort.
