Note di degustazione
The 2015 Ineo, Staglin's Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc blend, is powerful and quite deep. Strong Cabernet Franc floral and savory signatures carry the 2015 with grace. This gorgeous, expressive red is in fine shape as it approaches its tenth birthday.

The 2015 INEO is the Bordeaux Blend of the estate and is close to an even split of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon in 2015. It has classic dark, chocolatey fruits, licorice, tobacco, and violet aromatics, medium to full body, building tannins, and a great mid-palate. Drink it any time over the coming 10-15 years.
The 2015 Ineo is Staglin's Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc blend, all from estate fruit. Not surprisingly, the 2015 has a very pronounced Franc character. The firm tannins are going to need a bit of time to settle down. Otherwise, this is nicely done. Production is approximately 78 cases.
Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 INEO Proprietary Red opens with notes of red currants, red plums and mulberries over earthy/meaty nuances and wafts of olive trees and lavender. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a pleasant chewy texture supporting the elegant earth layers, finishing with a lively herbal lift. This was tasted as a barrel sample.
