The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Lion Tamer is composed of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon with 10% Malbec. Deep garnet-purple colored, it leaps from the glass with bold blackcurrants, black cherries and red plums scents plus hints of cigar box, garrigue, beef drippings and fragrant earth. Medium to full-bodied, the palate hits the ground running with open-knit, bold black fruit flavors framed by grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing on a lingering savory note. 1,000 cases produced.
