From its opaque purple color and stunning aromatics of blackberries, cassis, pain grille, licorice, and Asian spices, to its full-bodied, concentrated, superbly-extracted style, this wine possesses virtually everything. Layers of fruit, glycerin, extract, and sweet tannin are presented in a flamboyant format. The tannin level is high, but so is the wine's richness and length. It is a sensational effort.
