The 2015 Zinfandel Vellutini Ranch is one of the more overt, flamboyant wines in the range. Dark cherry, plum, smoke, licorice, lavender and spice literally jump from the glass in this exuberant, deeply flavored Zinfandel. The 2015 is full of richness and pure power. At times, the alcohol is a bit prominent. Otherwise, this is a more than solid effort.
