Note di degustazione
There are 175 cases of the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine Pott describes as their "battle against expensive Napa wines. There's no wine or grapes we specifically buy for this; it's just stuff we leave out of other wines in order to make them better." Mixed red and black cherries and gentle herbal notes mingle easily on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is streamlined and silky, a solid effort.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is a solid, complex, satisfying Napa Valley Cabernet offering medium-bodied aromas and flavors of darker berry and raspberries as well as some herbal, forest undertones. Based on 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Merlot, this elegant, balanced 2021 is terrific today yet will clearly evolve for 10-12 years.
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a terrific introduction to the Cabernets in this range. Sweet spice and floral notes lend tons of vibrancy. Medium in body and racy, with tons of immediacy, the 2021 will drink well with minimal cellaring.
