The Schiopetto 2018 Collio Friulano opens to a simple and linear bouquet with citrus and orchard fruit, all backed by a decisive mineral note that recalls crushed oyster shell or sea breeze. Those salty tones add to the overall favor and intensity of this easy white wine to pair with fried shrimp or calamari rings. A solid 40,000 bottles were produced.

Aromas of sesame leaves, lemon zest, coriander, white pepper and paprika. Full-bodied, dense and, at the same time agile. Hints of olive oil and green olives. Citrus fruit, too. Drink now.
