2020 Ferren Wines Chardonnay Lancel Creek Vineyard

The 2020 Chardonnay Lancel Creek Vineyard, matured for 12 months in 33% new French oak and six months in stainless steel, strikes a balance between freshness and plushness. It has dynamic aromas of white peach, lime peel, panna cotta, iodine, toast and candle smoke. The medium-bodied palate is luxuriously silky, addictively mouthwatering and packed with concentrated, layered flavors. It has a tremendously long finish, and exotic hints of ginger and spice call you in for another juicy sip. Just 69 cases were made.

The 2020 Chardonnay Lancel Creek is a pretty rich, expressive wine. Ripe pear, jasmine, spice and mint all race across the palate. This forward, supple Chardonnay is effusive and very easy to like, with good depth and plenty of stylish appeal.
