Note di degustazione
The 2016 Lynch-Moussas feels a little subdued at first, but it melds together, with red and black fruit mixed with sandalwood and sage. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, quite savoury in style, especially towards the meaty finish. Good length, but it feels a bit advanced for its age. Tasted blind at the Southwold 10-Year-On tasting.

Tasted blind. Looks quite evolved. Smells quite evolved. Not very serious but very forward and well judged. (JR)
The 2016 Château Lynch-Moussas is a fine Pauillac and has a pretty, classic, elegant style that’s very much in the character of the vintage. Ruby-colored, with notes of tobacco, leafy herbs, and graphite, it has fine tannins and, again, an undeniable elegance and classic style. Drink it over the coming 15-20 years.
