Note di degustazione
The 2018 Chardonnay Charles Ranch Vineyard is pure and lacy, with defined scents of jasmine, crushed almonds, beeswax and white peaches. The medium-bodied palate is silky and fresh, with honeyed notes coming through on the long finish. Give it another couple years in bottle. 191 cases were made.

Altre recensioni e punteggi
The 2018 Chardonnay Charles Ranch comes from vines planted in 1981, also Martinelli's oldest vines on a ranch that was once buffalo grazing land. Bright, floral and yet wonderfully deep, the Charles Ranch marries energy, freshness and the textural intensity that is such a Martinelli signature. Orchard fruit, lemon confit and white flowers linger. Charles Ranch is one of Martinelli's latest picks. The 2018 turned out so well.
Informazioni sul produttore

Martinelli is a Sonoma benchmark for vineyard-designate bottlings—wines built to highlight how strongly a single site can shape Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Zinfandel. Across the range, the focus stays consistent: small-production bottlings that feel distinctly tied to where they’re grown.
