2010 Argot Shadows on the Wall

(14.8% alcohol; a blend of 75% syrah, 21% grenache and 4% roussanne): Bright red-ruby. Slightly reduced nose is dominated by a musky, flinty quality. Fat, sweet and plush, showing very good depth to its red berry and spice flavors. Finishes with substantial, slightly drying tannins and a repeating note of reduction.
