The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Heimark Vineyard comes from loamy soils and is a bigger, richer, darker fruited Cabernet. Blackberries, currants, chocolate, and gravelly earth-like minerality give way to a full-bodied, concentrated, gorgeous 2019 with enough structure to warrant short-term bottle age.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Heimark Vineyard is produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple in color, it opens with heady menthol, wild thyme and iron ore scents, leading to a core of redcurrant jelly, warm cassis and mulberries. The medium to full-bodied palate is laden with mineral-laced black fruits and loads of bright berry accents, framed by firm, grainy tannins, finishing long and energetic.
