2013 Bedrock Zinfandel Carlisle Vineyard

From Mike Officer’s estate home vineyard (which has over 40 different varietals planted – amazing in an era where marketing “geniuses” advise monovarietal wines), the 2013 Zinfandel Carlisle is a big, spicy, meaty, Mediterranean-styled wine (350 cases produced). Full-bodied with lots of raspberry, blackberry and currant fruit, terrific intensity, a multidimensional texture, and an opulent finish, it can be enjoyed over the next 4-6 years.
