Note di degustazione
The 2017 Pinot Noir Cuvee Eva Marie comes from the estate One Sky Vineyard in the Sonoma Mountain AVA and was fermented with 28% stems and spent 15 months 44% new French oak. It has a beautiful bouquet of black raspberry and subtle cassis like fruits as well as violets, spring flowers, and a touch of earthy, forest floor. Beautifully polished, medium-bodied, and ethereal on the palate, with good acidity and fine tannins, this is a beautiful Sonoma Pinot Noir that’s loaded with class. Drink it anytime over the coming decade.

The 2017 Pinot Noir Cuvée Eva Marie was made with 28% whole cluster and aged 15 months in 44% new French oak. Pale ruby purple, it's youthfully coiled and the aromas are shy but with time, dried leaves, wet earth, smoked cranberries and black cherries emerge, with nuances of English Breakfast tea, citrus peel and tobacco leaf. The palate is medium-bodied with broody flavors, a finely grained frame and super juicy freshness, finishing very long. Give this another year in bottle. 381 cases produced.
Red cherries, wild berries and sweet, spicy earth here. Hints of wild herbs and orange zest add early complexity to this fresh and attractive pinot. The palate has a vibrant and plush feel with fine, layered tannins, delivering a sleek and long, focused finish. So long and fresh. Drink or hold.
