Note di degustazione
The 2014 Pinot Noir Champ de Mars has reached its tenth birthday in style. Cedar, sweet pipe tobacco, worn-in leather, incense and spice show the patina of age. There's plenty of depth left, although I don't think the 2014 is going to improve. This has matured into a very pretty, delicate wine.

The 2014 Pinot Noir Champ de Mars is bright and aromatic, with notable depth to the red cherry, plum and blood orange flavors. Silky, racy and supple, the 2014 will drink well with minimal cellaring. This is one of the more approachable wines in the lineup. The Champ de Mars emerges from a set of blocks that tend to give a more red-toned expression of Pinot.
The 2014 Pinot Noir Champ de Mars is another dark, backward wine. Dark cherry, menthol and spice emerge over time, but like all of the 2014 Pinots, the Champ de Mars is deeply marked by the signature of the vintage at this stage.
