2016 Nine Suns Grenache Houyi Vineyard

A barrel sample, the 2016 Grenache reveals a medium intense, bright ruby-purple color with an enticing nose of crushed raspberries, kirsch and cranberry sauce plus nuances of potpourri, cinnamon stick and Marmite toast. Medium to full-bodied and absolutely jam packed with expressive red berry and spice layers, it has a silken frame and great freshness, finishing long and perfumed. 50 cases are to be made.
