1994 Paradigm Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Estate

This is one winery where the 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon out-classes the 1994. While the 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Estate is certainly very good, it is tightly-knit, although some tobacco and cassis aromas do emerge from this deep ruby-colored wine. It is sweet and pure on the palate, with medium body, pleasing olive and black currant flavors, and light to moderate tannin in the finish. I suspect 1-2 years of cellaring will enhance this wine's personality. It should keep for 12-15 years. Tel. (707) 944-1683
