The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon The Magnificent Seven is a best barrel selection that comes mostly from the To Kalon Vineyard yet has small amounts of Dr. Crane and Las Piedras, raised all in new barrels. Red, black, and blue fruits, coffee beans, graphite, liquid violets, and spring flowers notes all emerge on the nose, and this beauty is full-bodied, has a pure, layered, elegant mouthfeel, beautiful tannins, and the freshness, focus, and density that makes this vintage so special. This incredible wine is going to benefit from 5-7 years of bottle age and will live for half a century.

Full-bodied and creamy textured, this is really dark, dense and luscious, with a long, tannic finish that suggests even better things may lie ahead.
