Note di degustazione
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon (92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Petit Verdot) is impressive, dense ruby/purple, loads of crème de cassis, licorice and cedar wood, the wine shows well. It’s full-bodied, ripe and tips the scales at 14.6% natural alcohol. It can be drunk now or cellared for another 10-15 years.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the more forward wines of the year. Sweet dark cherry, mint, spice, licorice and floral notes meld together effortlessly in a mid-weight Cabernet with plenty of near term appeal. Polished, silky tannins round out the exotic, ripe finish.
Lavender, crushed rocks, white pepper and orange peel add a distinctive element of exoticism to the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon. Today the 2013 is a bit understated and compact, especially next to the much flashier 2012 tasted alongside it, but is also quite typical of the year.
The deep ruby/purple-tinged 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits lots of cassis and flower characteristics, a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, and plenty of upside potential. Drink 2018-2030
