Note di degustazione
The 2015 Pinot Noir Meredith Estate, tasted from magnum, has aged well. It's a powerful, deep wine that reflects the rich, extracted style of the day in its potent, dark-toned fruit and copious new French oak. Macerated dark cherry fruit, tobacco, cedar and espresso turn up the intensity quite a bit. The 2015 is a very good wine, but I must say I prefer the current style here.

Medium to deep ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir Meredith Estate opens with pronounced black raspberries, black cherries and violets scents with touches of chocolate box, anise, black soil and oolong tea plus a touch of cinnamon stick. Medium to full-bodied with a firm foundation of grainy tannins and lively freshness, it has a wonderfully expressive core of black berries and floral notions, finishing with great persistence. 1,335 cases produced.
