The 2020 Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru (Domaine Louis Jadot) is excellent, wafting from the glass with aromas of orange rind, dark berries, cherries, licorice, black truffle and exotic spices. Full-bodied, velvety and multidimensional, it's layered and complete, with lively acids, ripe tannins and a long, resonant finish. This will be very long-lived.

The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red berry fruit, fine acidity, taut and fresh with a harmonious, silky smooth finish. Lovely build in the mouth, this is a very well-crafted Clos-de-Bèze.
